Faïence (tin-enameled earthenware) Decorated in blue on white with ornate leaves and flowers in panels with turbaned heads below the handles on either side.
The white glaze has a slightly blue tinge particularly particularly visible in the interior.
(The piece has been restored and there are visible cracks and marks on the inside from old staples that have been filled, see photographs below)
